Things that leave me speechless

A list poem of all the wonderful things that leave me at a loss of words

Babies in cages
Babies standing trial
Babies trafficked into wet markets
Babies at the border
Babies being treated as consenting adults
Babies raped and murdered

Babies defending their country
Babies with assault rifles
Babies shedding blood
Babies with tear gas canisters
Babies fending for themselves
Babies overdosing
Babies in rehab

Babies choked and strangled
Babies shot and killed

Regardless of their race
Regardless of their gender
Regardless of their acts
Regardless of their crimes
Regardless of their sins
Regardless of their faults

Every One is someone else’s Baby
